If you have paid for a submission and you believe there is a problem, contact us in the first instance. Do not contact the credit card company. It may be a small thing that we can resolve ourselves without bringing in the "big boys". If we fail to resolve the issue for you feel free to bring in anyone you please.

Free Submissions must provide a reciprocal link and there is no guarantee that their link will be included or that once included it will remain so. If our reciprocal link is removed, the free listing will be removed. (We do check)
